Breaking News PCB bans seven Pak players for playing in ICL
LAHORE : The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has banned seven cricketers, including former skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq from playing the domestic league, for taking part in the Indian Cricket League (ICL).
“Since the ICL is not recognised by the PCB and the Indian cricket board, the players who have joined the ICL despite warnings from their respective boards will not be allowed to play in the domestic circuit,” PCB spokesman said.
Besides Inzamam, the other players banned by the PCB are Abdul Razzaq, Shabbir Ahmad, Azhar Mehmood, Taufiq Umar and Imran Farhat.
“The rebel players have tried to contact the PCB through their respective departments, but the board gave them a cold shoulder,” the spokesman said.
He said despite showing good performance in the ICL, the players would not be considered even for the national camp.
“The board is following ‘zero tolerance policy’ towards such players,” the Daily Times quoted him, as saying.
If the pakistan board bar their talented players like Razzaq, Imran farhat then ICL has to recruit another 10 - 15 youngsters from pakistan along with Inzamam and the remaining 7 players and conduct international county like
16 pakistan players (ICL pakistan) Vs 16 Indian best player (ICL India), this will remove PCB from pakistan and BCCI from India.

well i think so that it is unfair for the players because they all have the talent but still they are not getting even a chance so what should they do. A great player like abdur razzaq who helped pakistan win many matches and a young opener imran farhat who has the talent to become next saeed anwer.

ICL CAN APPORACH SAIL STADIUM IN ROURKELA ORISSA FOR ITS MATCHES IT IS A GOOD GROUND AND FEW YEARS BACK SOME OF MAJORS PLAYERS FROM INDIA TEAM HAS PLAYED HERE IN A DEMOSTIC MATCH, SUCH AS RAVI, SHRIKANT JOSHI , KUMBELA , SACHIN , KAMBLIE , VENKATESH , SHRINATH ETC.

ICL SHOULD NOW START LOOKING FOR MORE COMPANIES ACCROSS THE GLOAB IN OTHERS CUNTRIES TO MAKE SAME LEAUGE AND MAKE THEM SELF MORE POWERFUL TO DEMOLISH THE SOLE LEADERSHIP OF ICC

Why don’t these guys keep Cricket away from Politics?I think they should be happy that players are getting to practice with best international players,besides making huge money.
This will increase their standard of game to hold their national flag in World CUP,proudly and strongly.
